This is a 4 foot by 10 foot by 1 3/8 inch thick folding panel mat. The mat folds into 2 foot sections for storage and shipping. This item is great for home, gymnastics, and cheerleading. It is professionally made in our factory and it is strong enough to be used by gymnastic and martial arts schools.

I bought this for my two 4 year olds and 12 year old. My barely four year old practices backhandsprings and round off back handsprings, back walkovers, front walkovers, & cartwheels on it. It has been perfect. I do wish I had bought a longer one. My older daughter can't practice much on it because it is in the basement and she would hit the ceiling.
