I have limited space at home for my personal workouts, so I use the basement (concrete floor). This mat provides exactly the cushion and safety I needed, and is easy to move when I need the space.

This mat was bought for my 10 yr old granddaughter about 2 years ago to use for her gymnastic training. I purchased another one for her this year so she could have a longer run for her practices. They are quality mats that hold up extremely well.
