This is our 4-foot by 8-foot by 2 inch thick folding panel mat. The mat folds into 2-foot sections for storage and shipping. Mat is constructed of 2" thick 100 ILD open cell 4.5 lb. density polyurethane foam encased in a durable 18 ounce vinyl coated nylon cover.

Perfect for young children to practice gymnastic movements such as summersaults and kartwheels. My grandaughter practices her ballet spins as well.

My daughter's use this mat when practicing gymnastics. They are dancers, but have backrolls and some handsprings.

I bought the mat for my daughter who is in a gymnastics team. She absolutely loves it.
We are thinking about getting a second one, because you can attach one mat to the other with the velcro. It is very versatile.
